MEET THE TEAM QUEEMER
Ethan Williams is a filmmaker and multimedia artist from Plymouth, Michigan. Since age 15, he’s been building a BRAND OF beautiful absurdity under his self-started banner: The Queem Company.
His work has earned critical attention across local festivals — premiering his 45-minute film I Heard You Edit Baby Videos to a crowd of over 100, snagging second place in the IFFY 26.4 Marathon Film Festival, FIRST IN THE DETROIT 48 HOUR MARATHON and taking home Best in Show, Audience Choice, Most Creative, and Best Cinematography at WCC’s VidFest for his breakout short A Boy Named Choo Choo.
Blending surreal humor with heartfelt sincerity, Ethan tells stories meant to be genuinely enjoyed, SO WORK WITH QUEEM, AND SEE WHAT IT MEANS TO SATISFY.

Connor O’Loughlin is a Detroit-based filmmaker currently studying at Wayne State University with a technical foundation in cinematography, sound design, and post-production.
As a core collaborator at Queem, he has contributed to numerous productions, including I Heard You Edit Baby Videos, A Boy Named Choo Choo, and 90 Seconds of a Child Being Exposed to Graphic Content. On these projects, he would take a hands-on approach to story-telling, pre-production, sound editing/mixing, and acting.
Beyond his work with Queem, Connor has worked on various independent productions, most notably his upcoming short film, Affectionate Young Men Against the World. Driven by a love for storytelling, his work prioritizes memorability and creativity above all else.
